Susan Burdette (aka Sue) is the owner of PassionCare Physical Therapy. With the everchanging healthcare industry, she is passionate about creating in home physical therapy services that focus on one-on-one, hands on care. Sue challenges her clients to strive beyond what they think is possible to reach their maximum potential in recovery and life.

She has been a licensed PT for 35 years and has provided care along the healthcare continuum including Shock Trauma Critical Care/Neuro Trauma Units, Acute Hospitals, Acute Rehab Facilities, Outpatient Clinics, Skilled Nursing Facility, Long Term Care Facility and HomeHealth. She has previously worked at Genesis Multi-Medical SNF/LTC Center, Maryland General-Bryn Mawr Rehab Center, Sinai Hospital and Montebello Rehab Hospital.

Her diverse experiences, especially with very involved diagnoses with multi system impairments, have honed her clinical problem solving skills to individualize functionally based treatments and creative solutions to achieve goals that are meaningful and purposeful to her clients.

Sue is passionate about providing comprehensive compassionate physical therapy care in a clients home to help ease the transition and significantly impact their recovery to maximize functional independence in their home and community.
